1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them warmly and making them feel welcome in the store.
2. Assist Personal Stylists in creating and maintaining a client list and schedule, ensuring all appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed.
3. Help stylists prepare for appointments by pulling merchandise, organizing dressing rooms, and providing any necessary support.
4. Continuously stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and new collections to assist clients in making informed fashion choices.
5. Act as a liaison between clients and stylists by communicating any special requests or needs from clients to the stylist.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping merchandise and supplies stocked and orderly.
7. Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges for clients.
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the store.
9. Assist with events and promotions, including set-up, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to attendees.
10. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a luxury shopping experience for all clients.
