- Collaborate with the team of experienced stylists to assist with all aspects of the styling process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and helping them achieve their desired look.
- Utilize strong fashion knowledge and eye for style to assist clients in selecting the perfect outfits and accessories.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing client appointments, inventory, and paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the stylists, ensuring efficient communication and a seamless styling experience.
- Continuously stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide the most relevant and up-to-date styling advice to clients.
- Proactively assist stylists in preparing for appointments and selecting appropriate merchandise for clients.
- Assist with styling and dressing clients during appointments, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
- Take initiative in suggesting ways to improve and enhance the styling experience for clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Support the overall success of the Personal Styling department by completing any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the team leader.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Current Trends: A Personal Stylist Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And Be Up-To-Date On Current Trends In The Industry. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Helping The Stylist Make Informed Decisions When Selecting Outfits For Clients.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Both Verbally And In Writing, Is Essential For A Personal Stylist Assistant. Organizational Skills: A Personal Stylist Assistant Must Be Highly Organized And Have The Ability To Multi-Task. Being Able To Prioritize And Stay On Top Of Tasks Is Crucial For Success In This Position.
Customer Service Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. A Personal Stylist Assistant Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, With A Focus On Delivering Personalized And High-Quality Service To Clients.
