Personal Stylist Assistant

1. Assist Personal Stylists in daily tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining client records.
2. Greet and welcome clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the styling department.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with personalized styling recommendations.
4. Work closely with Personal Stylists to assist in creating and executing impeccable looks for clients, ensuring all items are available and ready for appointments.
5. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands to provide informed and up-to-date styling advice to clients.
6. Assist in styling and dressing clients during appointments, ensuring all garments and accessories are presented and styled professionally.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and merchandising, to stay informed on product availability and assist in fulfilling client requests.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as processing client orders, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining inventory.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the styling department and merchandise storage areas.
10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience, providing feedback and suggestions to management and stylists.
