1. Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients to the store.
2. Collaborate with Personal Stylists to understand client needs and preferences in order to assist in creating personalized shopping experiences.
3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about current fashion trends and styles in order to make recommendations to clients.
4. Support Personal Stylists in selecting and pulling merchandise from the store floor to fulfill client requests.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing client information, and processing transactions.
6. Work closely with the Personal Stylists to ensure all client requests and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Maintain the appearance and organization of the personal styling area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked at all times.
8. Communicate with clients to provide updates on their shopping requests and follow up on any additional needs or requests.
9. Assist in creating and maintaining client profiles and records to ensure a seamless shopping experience for returning clients.
10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to the Personal Stylist team.
11. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques.
12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
13. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to stay informed about upcoming events and promotions.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Personal Stylist team or store management.
