- Work closely with the Personal Stylists to provide exceptional customer service and styling expertise to clients.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client profiles, including their style preferences, sizes, and purchase history.
- Assist with pulling and preparing merchandise for client appointments.
- Help execute the styling vision of the Personal Stylists by suggesting and presenting outfit options to clients.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the most up-to-date styling advice.
- Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for clients.
- Provide support during client appointments, including organizing and displaying merchandise, taking notes, and handling any necessary paperwork.
- Assist with styling and visual merchandising for in-store events and displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping track of inventory and ensuring all merchandise is properly tagged and displayed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve styling skills and stay updated on new merchandise.
- Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Personal Stylist Manager.
Strong Knowledge Of Fashion And Current Trends: A Personal Stylist Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Fashion And Be Up-To-Date On The Latest Trends In The Industry. This Will Enable Them To Assist The Personal Stylist In Creating Stylish And On-Trend Outfits For Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Personal Stylist Assistant, One Will Be Working Closely With Clients And The Personal Stylist To Understand Their Needs And Preferences. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Clients.
Experience In Retail And Customer Service: Previous Experience In Retail And Customer Service Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Will Provide The Necessary Skills To Handle Client Requests, Manage Inventory, And Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
