1. Assist Personal Stylists in creating personalized shopping experiences for clients.
2. Greet and welcome clients to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Assist in selecting and pulling merchandise for client appointments.
5. Help maintain a clean and organized styling area for efficient and effective appointments.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and budget.
7. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and luxury brands to provide expert advice to clients.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing transactions.
9. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
11. Assist in organizing and executing fashion events, trunk shows, and other special events.
