1. Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional styling services to clients.
2. Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
3. Collaborate with Personal Stylists and clients to understand their individual style preferences and needs.
4. Assist in selecting and pulling merchandise for styling appointments.
5. Maintain a clean and organized styling area for efficient and effective styling sessions.
6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles to provide knowledgeable and on-trend recommendations to clients.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing client information, and managing inventory.
8. Support stylists during styling appointments by providing excellent customer service and anticipating their needs.
9. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client appointments.
10. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
11. Contribute to the overall success of the Personal Styling department by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
12. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve styling skills and techniques.
13. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the styling department.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and professional experience for clients.
15. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
