1. Assist Personal Stylists in creating unique and personalized shopping experiences for clients.
2. Work closely with Personal Stylists to understand client needs and preferences.
3. Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively relay client information and requests to Personal Stylists.
5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands to assist in client consultations.
6. Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory, including designer collections and accessories.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
8. Ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for clients by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client profiles.
9. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions with clients and team members.
10. Continuously strive to learn and grow within the luxury fashion industry.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the Neiman Marcus brand standard.
12. Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
13. Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times in line with the Neiman Marcus brand.
14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the store to provide a cohesive and exceptional shopping experience for clients.
15. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
