  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the growth and success of the company.
  2. Serve as a key point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues.
  3. Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  5. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
  6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing needs.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  9. Develop and administer training programs for employees and managers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  11. Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
  14. Communicate and collaborate with senior management to provide updates on HR initiatives and strategies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Luxury Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Employee Relations, Including Conflict Resolution And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Establish Trust With Employees At All Levels.
