Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Fulfillment Center. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfillment center, overseeing a team of dedicated individuals and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong background in operations management. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center to ensure efficient and timely delivery of customer orders.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment center staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fulfillment processes.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions to optimize stock levels and minimize backorders.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
  7. Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to maintain a high-performing team.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the fulfillment process.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics and fulfillment to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competition.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Fulfillment Center Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Inventory Management, Logistics, And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Operational Efficiency.
