Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
