- Process and fulfill online customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability for online orders.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Continuously monitor and improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold the luxury and high-end image of Neiman Marcus.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Experience In Fulfillment Operations: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Or Fulfillment Center, With A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management And Order Processing.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Equipment And Technology: The Omni Fulfillment Associate Will Be Responsible For Operating Various Warehouse Equipment, Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks, As Well As Using Technology Such As Barcode Scanners And Inventory Management Systems.
Attention To Detail: Given The High Volume Of Orders Processed By Neiman Marcus Group, It Is Essential For The Omni Fulfillment Associate To Have Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Order Fulfillment To Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Will Involve Physically Demanding Tasks, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: As Part Of A Larger Fulfillment Team, The Omni Fulfillment Associate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Work Collaboratively To Ensure Orders Are Processed Efficiently And Accurately.
