  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Stay up-to-date on current men's fashion trends and styles in order to best serve customers.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and building a loyal customer base.
  5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Neiman Marcus Group brand and its luxury offerings.
  6. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing and organized selling floor.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  8. Continuously educate oneself on product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals and inventory levels.
  9. Handle all customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and promptness, resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the store to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory management, and customer service standards.
  12. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job performance and advance within the company.
