  1. Develop and implement financial management strategies to control retail expenses and drive efficiency across all store locations.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail expense department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
  3. Monitor and analyze retail expense trends to identify areas for cost savings and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective expense control policies and procedures.
  5. Manage and maintain the budget for retail expenses, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved limits and aligned with company goals.

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for retail expenses.
  9. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage retail expenses.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail expense management to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Expense Operations, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
