- Oversee all operations of Mariposa restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met and maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and coach staff to uphold the brand's standards of excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and maintain a diverse and innovative menu.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the restaurant team.
- Represent Mariposa and Neiman Marcus Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall dining experience and uphold the brand's reputation as a premier dining destination.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A High-End Or Luxury Dining Establishment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Guests.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability Through Effective Cost Management And Menu Planning.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Food Safety And Sanitation Standards.
