1. Oversee all operations of Mariposa restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
2. Ensure high-quality service standards are met and maintained at all times.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
4. Train, mentor, and coach staff to uphold the brand's standards of excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
5. Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with the culinary team to create and maintain a diverse and innovative menu.
