- Conduct thorough investigations of potential theft, fraud, and other losses within the company.
- Monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify and prevent potential risks and losses.
- Collaborate with store management and law enforcement agencies to resolve incidents and apprehend suspects.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and reduce losses, including training and educating employees on loss prevention protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and incidents.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve loss prevention strategies.
- Identify and report on external and internal theft trends and patterns.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources and Legal, to ensure proper handling of incidents and adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and customers, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Loss Prevention Or Investigative Work, Preferably In A High-End Luxury Retail Environment.
Knowledge Of Retail Shrinkage And Loss Prevention Techniques, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Audits, And Internal Theft Investigations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Areas Of Loss Within The Store.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees, Customers, And Law Enforcement Agencies In A Professional And Effective Manner.
Familiarity With Legal And Ethical Standards Related To Loss Prevention, Including Knowledge Of Local Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Theft And Fraud.
