Loss Prevention Investigator

1. Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents of theft, fraud, or other criminal activity within the company.
2. Monitor and analyze security footage to identify potential security threats and suspicious behavior.
3. Work closely with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
4. Maintain accurate records of all investigations and provide detailed reports to management as needed.
5. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to assist in the prosecution of criminal cases.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve the company's security measures.
7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
8. Train and educate store employees on proper security protocols and procedures.
9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
10. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
11. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
12. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees at all times.
13. Attend company meetings and trainings as required.
