- Monitor and analyze store surveillance footage to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop strategies for preventing and deterring theft and fraud.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of store procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and report any potential security vulnerabilities or risks to store management.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to report and prosecute any criminal activity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations and incidents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving loss prevention measures.
- Act as a liaison between the Loss Prevention team and other departments within the company.
- Remain vigilant and respond quickly to any security or safety concerns within the store.

Strong Knowledge Of Retail Security And Loss Prevention Techniques: A Qualified Candidate For A Loss Prevention Investigator Position At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Retail Security And Loss Prevention Strategies, Including Cctv Surveillance, Inventory Control, And Fraud Detection.
Experience In Conducting Investigations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Conducting Investigations, Particularly In A Retail Environment. This Includes Conducting Interviews, Gathering Evidence, And Preparing Comprehensive Reports.
