  1. Conduct thorough investigations into all reported incidents of loss, theft, and fraud within the company.
  2. Monitor and analyze store operations and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  3. Utilize surveillance systems and other loss prevention tools to identify and apprehend potential shoplifters.
  4. Work closely with store management and other departments to develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures.
  5. Train store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations, incidents, and apprehensions.
  7. Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies and legal teams as needed.
  8. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  10. Respond promptly and professionally to all security and safety-related incidents.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and employees to de-escalate potential situations and promote a positive shopping experience.
  12. Conduct internal investigations into any suspected employee theft or fraudulent activity.
  13. Participate in store meetings and trainings to share information and promote awareness of potential security threats.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the job.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Asset Protection, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Security Systems, Including Cctv, Alarms, And Eas Tagging Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Both Customers And Employees.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Potential Theft Or Fraud.

  • Familiarity With Local Laws And Regulations Related To Loss Prevention, As Well As Knowledge Of Company Policies And Procedures.
