  1. Conduct thorough investigations into potential loss or theft incidents within the store.
  2. Monitor and analyze store activities and identify potential security risks.
  3. Utilize surveillance equipment and other loss prevention tools to prevent and detect theft or fraud.
  4. Collaborate with store management and security team to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  5. Conduct interviews with suspects and witnesses to gather information and evidence.
  6. Document all incidents and investigations accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.
  8. Identify and report any safety hazards or security vulnerabilities within the store.
  9. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  10. Work closely with law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations and apprehensions.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention tactics to enhance the overall security of the store.
  15. Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
