  1. Conduct thorough investigations of potential theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents within the store.
  2. Monitor and analyze store activities, including but not limited to, point of sale transactions, inventory movements, and employee behavior.
  3. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and security.
  4. Collaborate with store management and other team members to identify and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  5. Utilize various surveillance techniques, such as CCTV, to identify and deter potential security threats.
  6. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with store employees to promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
  8. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate store employees on loss prevention and security measures.
  9. Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and other loss prevention activities.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest security and loss prevention trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's loss prevention efforts.
  11. Act as a liaison with law enforcement agencies and assist in criminal investigations, as needed.
  12. Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance to customers and employees, when necessary.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Loss Prevention, Preferably In A High-End Luxury Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques, Methods, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proficient In Cctv Surveillance Systems And Other Loss Prevention Technology.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Potential Fraud, Theft, And Other Loss Incidents.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Store Management And Law Enforcement Agencies.
