The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional who can handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and efficiency.The LOA Administrator we are seeking should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be an analytical thinker with excellent problem solving abilities, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; at least one year of experience in a Human Resources or Leave of Absence related role; and a strong understanding of state and federal leave laws.
