  1. Generate and drive sales by actively engaging with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  4. Train new sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  5. Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on current trends.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  7. Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and organized sales floor.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  13. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, sales skills, and professionalism.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
  15. Adhere to company standards and policies regarding sales and customer service.

Job Qualifications
