  3. Stay up-to-date on current women's footwear trends and styles to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and brands offered at Neiman Marcus, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional selling skills to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
