As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise in the world of luxury shoes, while providing top-notch assistance to our valued customers.   1. Demonstrate expert knowledge of footwear trends, styles, and brands to assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell products, as well as meet and exceed sales goals.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and shoe styles in order to make informed recommendations to customers.
  6. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  8. Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals and provide support when needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve personal sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper handling of merchandise and loss prevention measures.
  12. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
  13. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and new products.
  14. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including personal appearance and attire.
