  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the perfect pair of shoes.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and shoe styles to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  3. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for clients by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and drive revenue for the company.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  6. Use excellent communication skills to effectively communicate product information, promotions, and sales to customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked and visually appealing.
  8. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and recording merchandise and restocking as needed.
  9. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve fashion expertise and customer service skills.
  10. Represent the Neiman Marcus Group brand by embodying the company's values and promoting a luxury shopping experience.
