  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the La Prairie brand, products, and benefits to effectively guide and educate customers.
  3. Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products, upselling and cross-selling, and utilizing effective sales techniques.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and current information to customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing display of products.
  7. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay informed about promotions, events, and new product launches to effectively promote and drive sales.
  10. Continuously strive for personal and professional development through trainings, workshops, and self-study to enhance knowledge and skills.
