- Greet and welcome customers to the La Prairie counter in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate skincare products.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of La Prairie products and their benefits to effectively sell to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Continuously stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall sales and company goals.
- Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, punctuality, and attendance.
- Represent the Neiman Marcus Group and La Prairie brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills to enhance the overall beauty experience for customers.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Knowledge Of La Prairie Beauty Products And Brand: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of La Prairie's Product Line And Brand Philosophy. They Should Be Able To Confidently Educate Customers On The Benefits And Features Of Each Product.
Sales And Customer Service Experience: This Role Requires A Sales-Driven Individual With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.
