  1. Greet and welcome customers to the luxury skincare counter at Neiman Marcus Group in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the La Prairie brand, its products, and its values to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  3. Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommendations based on individual customer needs and concerns.
  4. Utilize strong product knowledge to demonstrate and sell La Prairie products to customers, while upholding brand standards and promoting the brand's luxury image.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in skincare science to effectively convey the brand's commitment to innovation.
  6. Create a memorable and positive experience for customers by delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter and product display that reflects the luxury image of the La Prairie brand.
  8. Collaborate with the Neiman Marcus sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support during special events and promotions.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and brand initiatives to effectively represent La Prairie and the Neiman Marcus Group.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to hygiene, safety, and inventory management.
  13. Uphold the brand's luxury image and values at all times and act as a brand ambassador to promote the La Prairie brand.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and needs.
  15. Embrace a team-oriented mindset and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
