- Greet and welcome customers to the La Mer counter at Neiman Marcus Group with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of La Mer products, ingredients, and brand philosophy in order to effectively represent and promote the brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, listening to their needs, and recommending appropriate products based on their individual skincare concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and events in order to effectively communicate and educate customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling La Mer products, as well as cross-selling and upselling other beauty and skincare brands within Neiman Marcus Group.
- Conduct skincare consultations and perform product demonstrations to help customers understand the benefits of La Mer products and how to incorporate them into their skincare routine.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations, follow-up communication, and exceptional service.
- Keep the La Mer counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the Neiman Marcus Group team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and to promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Attend trainings and meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Uphold the luxury standards of Neiman Marcus Group by maintaining a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Actively contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets and goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience at the La Mer counter.
- Represent the La Mer brand with integrity and enthusiasm, and act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
