- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the jewelry department, ensuring that sales goals and targets are met or exceeded.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase customer engagement.
