- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding clients' needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the luxury jewelry industry and the products available at Neiman Marcus Group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Educate clients on the quality, craftsmanship, and value of our jewelry products.
- Utilize strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

Knowledge Of Jewelry And Gemstones: A Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Jewelry And Gemstones, Including Their Characteristics, Quality, And Value. This Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate Information And Make Informed Recommendations To Clients.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Luxury Retail Sales, Particularly In Jewelry, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Client Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Clients And Providing Personalized Service. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Information And Building Rapport With Clients.
