  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients shopping for luxury jewelry.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the company's luxury jewelry products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  3. Utilize sales skills and techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  4. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service and follow-up.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases in order to make appropriate recommendations to clients.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Work with management to resolve any customer service or sales issues.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales.
  14. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
