  1. Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group with a positive and energetic attitude.
  2. Showcase and demonstrate exceptional knowledge of various jewelry collections to customers.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces to assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
  4. Utilize strong understanding of luxury retail to provide a personalized and elevated shopping experience for customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and industry developments to effectively advise customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all jewelry displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to expand knowledge of products and sales techniques.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
  14. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with team members and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
