As the face of our jewelry department, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, while showcasing our exquisite selection of fine jewelry.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the jewelry department with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating the needs and preferences of each individual client.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  4. Have a thorough knowledge of the jewelry products and collections offered by Neiman Marcus to effectively assist and advise clients.
  5. Utilize excellent sales skills to promote and sell merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  6. Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
  7. Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  8. Maintain a visually appealing and organized jewelry department, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  9. Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with the rest of the store team to provide a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for clients.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, sales and customer service standards, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the jewelry department by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and events.
  13. Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand image and reputation by embodying the luxury and excellence associated with the company.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Neiman Marcus with integrity and enthusiasm.
