  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the jewelry industry, including current trends, brands, and styles.
  4. Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to meet their needs.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling jewelry products.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting shopping experience.
  7. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store sales targets and overall business goals.
  8. Continuously expand knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends through training and self-education.
  9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures, including inventory management, loss prevention, and customer service standards.
  11. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Is Looking For A Jewelry Sales Associate With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Luxury Retail Sales. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
