  1. Oversee and manage the sales team within the Jewelry Department, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase profitability in the Jewelry Department.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  4. Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques to enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the luxury market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure the Jewelry Department has a diverse and attractive selection of products to meet customer demand.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  8. Ensure the Jewelry Department is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and adhering to company standards.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.
  10. Work closely with other department managers and cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management, loss prevention, and operational efficiency.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, upholding the company's values and promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
