  1. Greeting and welcoming clients to the luxury fashion and jewelry department at Neiman Marcus Group.

  3. Demonstrating expert knowledge and understanding of fine jewelry to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions and styling advice.
  5. Staying up-to-date on current fashion and jewelry trends to provide relevant and timely recommendations to clients.
  6. Assisting clients in finding the perfect pieces to complement their personal style and preferences.
  7. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  9. Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  10. Meeting sales goals and targets by actively promoting and selling luxury jewelry items.
  11. Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales, inventory, and customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Jewelry Client Advisor At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Strong Background In Retail Sales, With Experience In Luxury Or High-End Jewelry Preferred. This Will Ensure The Advisor Is Familiar With The Customer Base And Can Effectively Sell High-Value Items.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Neiman Marcus Group Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And A Jewelry Client Advisor Should Be Able To Uphold This Standard.   • Strong Product Knowledge: A Jewelry Client Advisor Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Products They Are Selling. This Includes Knowledge Of Gemstones, Metals, And Jewelry Design. They Should Be Able To Confidently Answer Questions And Provide Detailed Information About The Products To Customers.

  • Ability To Meet Sales Targets: As A Full-Time Position, A Jewelry Client Advisor Is Expected To Meet Or Exceed Sales Targets Set By The Company. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals In Their Previous Roles.
