- Maintain accurate and organized inventory levels by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
- Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and package outgoing merchandise for shipment to stores or customers.
- Use inventory management software and systems to track and update inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by management.
- Assist with inventory-related tasks such as counting, labeling, and organizing merchandise.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory control and loss prevention.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory-related issues.
- Continuously seek ways to improve inventory processes and procedures.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Experience In Inventory Control: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Inventory Control Role In A Warehouse Setting. They Should Be Familiar With Inventory Management Systems And Have A Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Procedures.
Attention To Detail: As An Inventory Control Warehouse Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Accurately Tracking And Monitoring Inventory Levels. They Should Have Exceptional Attention To Detail To Ensure Inventory Counts Are Accurate And Discrepancies Are Addressed Promptly.
Ability To Work Night Shift: This Position Requires The Candidate To Work The Night Shift, Typically Starting In The Late Evening And Working Through The Early Morning Hours. The Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work Weekends And Holidays As Needed.
Physical Stamina: The Job Of An Inventory Control Warehouse Associate Involves A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Heavy Boxes And Items. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks For An Extended Period.
