Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain and fulfillment processes, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct data analysis and identify areas for process improvement, including but not limited to inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to supply chain challenges, such as reducing lead times and improving order accuracy.
  4. Utilize industrial engineering methodologies to design and optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and equipment utilization.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to supply chain and fulfillment, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and fulfillment, and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
  9. Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  10. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather insights and address any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain And Fulfillment Operations.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Experience In Warehouse Optimization, Inventory Management, And Transportation Logistics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
