3. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, products, and techniques to accurately inform and advise customers on the best products for their needs.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
5. Actively engage with customers to uncover their beauty needs and offer appropriate solutions.

7. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking and arranging products.

11. Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints.
