As a Handbags Client Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all things handbags and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of luxury handbags, we want to hear from you!

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking handbags, providing personalized and attentive customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury handbag market, including current trends, designers, and styles.
  3. Use your fashion expertise to assist clients in selecting the perfect handbag to complement their personal style and outfit.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and drive sales.
  5. Be knowledgeable about the Neiman Marcus Group brand and products, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all promotions, events, and new product releases to inform clients and drive sales.
  7. Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions and sales transactions.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the handbag shopping experience for clients.
  10. Adhere to all Neiman Marcus Group policies and procedures, including those related to sales goals, customer service, and inventory management.
