  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury retail products, specifically gifts and home goods, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  3. Utilize exceptional sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and drive revenue for the company.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
  5. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and work to grow the customer base.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including keeping products and displays well-stocked and visually appealing.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management as needed.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and product recommendations.
  11. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  13. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay informed on new products and sales techniques.
  14. Embrace a positive attitude and represent the company's values and image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Retail Sales Experience, Preferably In The Gifts And Home Category.
