- Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and understanding of the brand's products, specifically gifts and home decor.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Actively promote and sell products while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the store's point-of-sale system.

Previous Experience In Retail Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In The Gifts And Home Department.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Sales Associate Requires Effective Communication And Customer Service Skills. Candidates Should Be Able To Build Relationships With Customers And Meet Their Needs.
Knowledge Of Luxury Brands And Products: Neiman Marcus Specializes In Luxury Brands, And The Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products And Brands Sold In The Gifts And Home Department.
