  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect gift or home decor item based on their preferences and budget.
  3. Utilize product knowledge to make personalized recommendations and provide information about the features and benefits of different products.
  4. Maintain a visually appealing and organized department, using creative merchandising techniques to highlight products and drive sales.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
  6. Keep up-to-date with current trends and new product arrivals in the gifts and home decor industry.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about any promotions or sales events.
  12. Help with inventory management by restocking and monitoring stock levels.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  14. Work towards maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and merchandising.
