  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and elevated shopping experience.
  2. Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of luxury products and brands offered in the Gift Galleries department.
  3. Use strong sales skills to promote and sell products to clients, meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and attentive service.
  5. Assist clients in selecting and purchasing gifts for any occasion, utilizing excellent communication and listening skills.
  6. Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, representing the luxury brand image of Neiman Marcus Group.
  7. Keep the department and merchandise well-organized and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  8. Collaborate with team members and department managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist clients and drive sales.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented environment.
