Gift Galleries Sales Associate

1. Greet customers and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Gift Galleries department of Neiman Marcus Group.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of luxury products to assist customers in finding the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences, and making appropriate product recommendations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and attentive service.
5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Neiman Marcus brand and its standards of excellence.
6. Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in the luxury retail industry, as well as the products and brands carried by Neiman Marcus.
7. Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing department, ensuring that all products are displayed in an organized and attractive manner.
8. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
9. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising of products.
10. Collaborate with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to sales and return policies, security protocols, and dress code.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the department and store.
14. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance skills and knowledge of luxury products and brands.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Neiman Marcus Group and its values to customers and colleagues.
