- Greet and welcome customers to the Fine Jewelry department with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system
- Support the sales team by locating requested products, restocking merchandise, and fulfilling special orders
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion and industry trends in the luxury jewelry market
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of products, sales techniques, and customer service skills
