Floor Assistant, Fine Jewelry

1. Greet and welcome customers to the Fine Jewelry department with a warm and friendly attitude.
2. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products at all times.
5. Keep the department well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

18. Assist in the coordination of special events and promotions within the Fine Jewelry department.
19. Complete any other duties as assigned by management.
