Floor Assistant, Fine Jewelry

As a Floor Assistant, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the Fine Jewelry floor. 1. Greet and welcome customers to the Fine Jewelry department in a warm and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating items, and making product recommendations.
3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
4. Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the Fine Jewelry floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays.
5. Ensure that all items are accurately priced and labeled.
6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current and upcoming products, promotions, and events in the Fine Jewelry department.
7. Assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and notifying management of any discrepancies.
8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
9. Proactively resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the floor is visually appealing and in line with the Neiman Marcus brand standards.
11. Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.
12. Uphold all store policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and safety.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the Fine Jewelry department.
14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share this knowledge with customers and team members.
15. Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
